It has now been almost a year since I first asked Penny for help to start getting fit after a long illness. Penny is very good at tailoring a routine to a particular individual and is always upbeat so I find I generally feel so much better after each session.

It is very satisfying when the people I work with achieve their dreams, whether it be to drop a dress size or complete a 10k run. I work with people from 18 to 80 years and beyond with many different goals.
I started teaching fitness after having two children and a career in teaching.
I specialise in creating personalised health plans to help you achieve your goals. I have helped many clients to lose weight, firm up, ease back pain, regain fitness after illness, and to make fitness a regular part of their lifestyle.
Your first consultation is free. We can discuss your fitness goals and create a plan together. Don't worry if you haven't done this before. It's my job to make you feel at ease and happy. Lets go on this journey together...
Pilates - feel better about yourself
Pilates is a low-impact form of exercise which can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. Penny offers personalised programs for you and your friends - or just for you in the comfort of your own home.
Once a week Penny holds a small informal Pilates session at my house - in summer we stretch and relax outside overlooking fields and in winter in front of a log fire. Penny carefully matches the exercises to meet our different levels of fitness and our physical needs, helping to ease any specific aches and pains. At the end of each session we all feel both energised and relaxed.
